- Dr. George Ehrlich Achievement in Preservation Award (2006)—This award is from the Landmark Commission of Kansas City for Historic Preservation.
- Local Chapter AIA, Historic Preservation (2006)—This award was a special award created specifically for the President Hotel and is only one of a few given by the local chapter.
- Governor of Missouri’s Redevelopment of the Year Award (2006)—This award was given to Ron Jury for having the greatest redevelopment impact on the State of Missouri and economic growth.
- Preservation Pioneer (2006)—Awarded to Ron Jury for the President Hotel Rehabilitation through resolution of the City Council of the City of Kansas City, Missouri.
- Capstone Award—Third place for Community Impact for the Redevelopment of the President Hotel.
- Cornerstone Award—Third place for Community Impact for the Redevelopment of the President Hotel.
- Urban Land Institute—Excellence in Development Award
